Refund Policy

Every visitor gets a free analysis without a card, and signed-in free accounts get one analysis per day. We recommend using the free tier first so you know what you are buying.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment (Pro Monthly or Pro Annual) within 30 calendar days of that payment — no explanation required. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your paid access ends when the refund is issued.

Renewal payments — the second and later charges on a monthly or annual plan — are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law in your country requires a refund, or where we have made a clear billing error such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a completed cancellation. We will always correct billing errors.

• You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; it is not itself a refund request.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier.
• Saved scenarios and favourites stay in your account after downgrading.

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record for all orders. You can request a refund directly from Paddle.com at paddle.net, using the email address on your order, or by emailing support@saycoach.app with the plan you bought and the approximate date of payment. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

• We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, or breach of our Terms of Service.
• Taxes collected by Paddle.com are refunded in line with that provider's process and applicable law.
• Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live.
